Amid this huge financial crisis, the deteriorating security situation, and the COVID-19 Pandemic we are suffering from in Lebanon, we at Monla Hospital, while highly appreciating the efforts of all our nurses who are working under stressful conditions and offering optimal holistic nursing care, proudly recognize Mrs. Mirvat Awad, an Extraordinary OR Nurse, as our THIRD recipient of The DAISY Award for the year 2019-2020.
Mirvat has been working in our hospital for 24 years. Throughout these years, she revealed superb competence in performing various nursing roles in the operating room. She is energetic, possesses a high spirit, and welcomes all patients with a smile.
She was nominated by the Medical Director and a Urologist in our hospital who had this to say about Mirvat: "She is a versatile nurse with high experience and important knowledge; she stays standing for long hours without complaining and with great concentration on the procedure."
