Misha received several nominations from her peers and the patients she cares for. Misha is such a huge help around the facility. She always does what she is asked with a smile on her face and she is always asking if there is more for her to do to help out. She is also VERY reliable and has helped cover many critical shifts. She goes above and beyond like the time she found a minor in the parking lot who was a runaway and handled the situation with such compassion. Misha is self-motivated, energetic, and knowledgeable. We need more like her! She is also such a strong advocate for our patients and does anything she can to improve the patient experience!
