Missy has incredible compassion, attentiveness, and dedication to making a real difference for every patient who walks through the doors. Last year, I was admitted with severe medical issues. I was so weak I could barely walk. During one visit, I was unable to help myself and was trapped in a room. Nearly 20 minutes went by, and I was praying for help. It was frightening, humbling, and left me feeling completely helpless. When I was finally able to stand and get up, I mentioned the experience to Missy. I told her what could have helped and made all the difference for someone like me and prevented the situation. She listened and promised to escalate my concerns. The next time I came in, every area had a grab bar installed. I was overwhelmed. Missy didn’t just hear me—she listened, which meant the world to me.
