Cindy and Missy tended to my daughter, E, after her spine surgery and they are two of the finest health care professionals I've had the pleasure of meeting. Their grace, compassion, and understanding made E and me very comfortable with her care. They both always had a smile on their face, always were empathetic to her pain, and were very attentive to her needs.
All of your staff at United Hospital are top-notch and all of the Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Physician Assistants, etc. that were on E's care team were amazing. But, Cindy and Missy really stood out for us. Cindy has a fantastic sense of humor and her laughter, high energy, and all-around great mood are very contagious!
Missy's compassion, understanding, patience, and fantastic care made our 5-day stay here much easier during the day while she was on our service! I could go on and on, but just know, you have phenomenal nursing staff and two of the best Nurses we have ever known, Missy and Cindy. Thank you so much for making my daughter so comfortable during such a painful recovery! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hospital and its team.
