Misti Cowart, RN

Misti was very recently hired as the night shift UBE and ever since becoming UBE, Misti has gone over and beyond for the ENO program. This program is vital when training new grad ER nurses. The opportunity to experience critical drips, IOs, central lines, etc. Misti uses her own experience to further the knowledge of the new grads. Not only has Misti become a great UBE, but Misti is also willing to jump on the floor whenever the team is in need.
