Dear Misty,
I don’t even know where to start expressing the gratitude I feel towards you. I felt safe while my dad was in your care. I know my sister and I weren’t the easiest family members to deal with, but you tolerated us perfectly and focused on our dad as any wonderful nurse would. Our dad would have been so happy to have you as his nurse during those last days. He absolutely adored you. We want to sincerely thank you for everything, Misty. The flowers, the note on his memorial page, the thoughtful words during his hospital stay, but mostly the compassionate care you gave him. You know that I’m an ICU nurse and I watch everything. You are an exceptional nurse and human!
