Misty was the first person I saw when I was admitted to hospital short stay. She had a big smile that immediately put me at ease. She remembered me from previous admissions, which I really appreciated. She made me feel like I was more than just a number. She was also very efficient, knowledgeable, and caring. The nurses from short stay set the mood for what is to come next. There should be more nurses like Misty!
