Misty burst into my room like a bright ray of sunshine. She was eager to help in any way I needed. Her smile never left. She gave my son valuable information so he could make arrangements for me to leave. She is so comforting and understanding when we get anxious. She is understanding when I forget to tell them before I eat to get a blood check. I don’t think a specific instance should be the determination for an award, but rather the accumulation of all the effort, kindness, sincerity, work, and honesty that one shows and puts forth should be considered! And Misty hits all of these points with an A+!!!
