She listened and then acted. She had a very calming effect. She took my concerns to heart and did an outstanding job on her knowledge of nursing. She knew the patient was my whole life and we only have each other and I was so scared. She made me feel like my husband was the most important person on her shift. And, she never made me feel like my concerns were petty.
