Misty was so sweet and kind that I felt better already. I fully trusted her and the staff which helped me relax. She has a certain charm and charisma about her that makes me feel relaxed, at ease and safe. I trust her. She is awesome. If I have to come back to ICU, I would want Misty and the staff that took care of me this visit to care for me again. Their compassion would make me feel better right away.
