From the moment we arrived and were taken back to a bed and met Mitch, he made bad news easier to take and he made sure to explain everything so we understood. He was very cheerful and understanding with a bubbly personality that was very much needed and appreciated. The way he attended to my husband I was very thankful. I was hoping he would follow him upstairs when he got moved to a room. Sadly he couldn’t but my husband kept saying I think he was keeping me sane dealing with all of this. I wanted to say thank you.
