During hospitalization for my husband’s post carotid stent insertion, Mitch demonstrated extensive knowledge of the procedure and the normal/abnormal aspects involved in recovery. He knew what to look for and how to manage various issues. He gave excellent explanations of the various issues of recovery. He definitely helped pass the time and allay anxieties with his calm professionalism. He was friendly and showed interest in us as people, not just as a patient. Told us about his education as well as work history. Enjoyed his signing also, the epitome of an excellent nurse!!!
