They are a teacher that helps motivate their students to learn and push for success. They go above and beyond around their busy schedule to help students, whether it's to help us better understand the content, review exams, or to improve our clinical skills to better prepare us to be competent nurses. They take the time to acknowledge our strengths all while motivating us to push through and work on our weaknesses. They don't let us talk down about ourselves and help motivate us to replace our doubts with positive thinking. They are very understanding and empathetic to the needs our their students, they also do this with a positive attitude. This professor is very deserving of this award.

I want to nominate this professor because they have been very helpful this entire semester. They were very willing to meet with my classmates and me when we asked for help. They have gone above and beyond to help us understand the material. They never made us feel bad about asking for help. They are a very personable person and easy to get a hold of when we need help.
