I came here with COVID-19; I was having some hard times when I first came. I have never been apart from my husband for 20 years and had to be alone on this night. I met MJ as my night nurse, and she listened to me and helped me feel like I had a family member with me. I was having anxiety and not feeling well at all. MJ took the time to sit and walk me through Positive Vibes! And put relaxing music on and talked to me. MJ has a wonderful bedside manner and she takes the time to care.
MJ also helped me wash my clothes in the sink because I had my period and peed myself (embarrassing). But MJ just washed the clothes, and it was even her birthday, and I can't tell you how selfless MJ is. MJ takes the time to explain why things are happening to you to the best of the info given about COVID and I felt I could trust her 100%. I hope MJ knows how special she is to me in my time of need and that night will never be forgotten. MJ also came back for 2 other shifts in my stay and was no different than the nights before. Stayed by my side and not letting me give up! This world needs more MJ's!
