A male patient 60 year old post liver transplant lymphoproliferative disorder presented with central line related gram positive sepsis. It was very difficult to insert an IV line and his condition was life threatening. IV line insertion was failed by anesthesia many times, the only one who was capable of inserting a cannula for him was Mr Mohammad Badawi.
