Mr. Chehab is a good collaborator and team worker, he reflects so in his excellent interpersonal skills that makes all the working process smoother and more successful. He respects the different views and opinions of other health care workers and tries to locate the strengths of every individual or situation in order to use them thoroughly in reaching better patient outcomes. Mr. Chehab is now a senior RN that initially had very good decision-making capabilities upon his career start and has successfully emerged into a better decision-maker throughout the years. He makes wise decisions related to patients conditions in very critical times and is able to handle the floor's responsibility in the absence of the nurse manager. He is a very responsible care coordinator that always ensures a well-staffing of the unit and is fair to all the nurses at work.
