Mohammad is a senior RN, in addition to the fact that he is a preceptor to novice nurses at AUBMC, and to nursing students. Mohammad is always appreciated by his patients and their families, he received multiple thank you letters. He does not only address physical needs and complaints but also social and psychological needs. Mohamad also acts as a resource for junior RNs whenever they are unable to meet their patients requests.
