Mohammad is the backbone of 10 South. He supports the mission, vision, and values of AUBMC. His leadership, knowledge, patient, and family-centered care, and innovation have shaped and impacted numerous nurses, patients, families, and members of the unit. His patients always praise him for his knowledge, skills, confidence, and positive attitude. He is the vice-chair of the nursing quality council and is heavily involved in quality-related initiatives at the departmental and unit levels.
