Our daughter, C, was in PCU for acute sepsis and DKA among other issues. Over the last 12 years, we have had some wonderful nurses at AdventHealth (East & Celebration). MoMo is one of the best. His caring manner was fantastic. He had such compassion and wonderful communication skills. No questions needed; he gave a full explanation of everything. His sense of urgency and responsiveness was amazing. The best example I can give is when C was sent to the Interventional Radiology as her midline port had failed and her one arm was too swollen to use. They had attempted to get blood work repeatedly and failed. MoMo kept me in touch for the 5 hours she was gone. I was very nervous. He gave me an update hourly on what was happening with IR and let me know what they decided that the only option was a central line. He called them and found out they were doing it while they had her and he let me know when the procedure started, when it finished, the results, and when she was in recovery. Amazing communication and care. Way above expectations!!!
