Mohammed was a hero and a humanitarian. He prevented a patient from harming himself from making cuts in his arm and threatening to kill himself. Mohammed used a de-escalation technique and calmed the patient down and did the necessary intervention afterward. He showed a great nurse/patient therapeutic relationship. The patient now has completed his therapeutic program and was discharged home.
