My father was a patient at Ward 36 for a few months. Mohannad made him feel like he is at home and treated him like a father. He is always there when we needed him and he took our concerns very seriously. He explained everything to us even the reason for each medication. He always ensured that we are comfortable and that we understood the treatment plan by explaining it in a simple and clear way. My father always asks about him and he always wants him to be his nurse because he says that he feels like Mohannad is like one of his sons.
