He voluntarily participated in a mock code for malignant hyperthermia, helping ensure staff were prepared for this rare but life-threatening emergency. During Joint Commission visits and regulatory surveys, Moises represents the unit with professionalism and confidence. Beyond his clinical excellence, Moises is a respected and valued team member.
