Mola's dedication to her patients, her co-workers, her unit, and her organization are unsurpassed. She is kind, generous, and absolutely selfless. She is a mentor to all, nurses and physicians. Her clinical expertise and judgment are highly respected, with many physicians deferring to her opinions. She is calm under pressure, always positive, and seems to never tire. Her diligence to ensure everyone provides outstanding quality care is accentuated by her interpersonal skills. She is a joy to work with and has no doubt been key in driving the great outcomes recognized in our unit.
Mola always demonstrates commitment to the unit that far exceeds any expectations or requirements while never seeking recognition. She strives to improve the unit, accommodate the staff, and help ensure the best possible care for patients. She consistently works long hours and then works additional shifts without hesitation when there is a need. Her selfless and diligent work ethic and clinical judgment abilities keep the unit functioning smoothly throughout even the most chaotic shifts. I am very thankful for her. She is one of the most genuine, compassionate and dependable people I know.
