Molissa was there for my first night and answered every question I could think of.
I am currently a patient on Med/Surg 3. As a retired disabled veteran of the US Navy, I have experienced many hospital stays, under many conditions, all over the world. I have never experienced the quality of care, imparting of knowledge, and the genuine caring of staff for patients as I have these past four days. Andrea and Molissa share the same exemplary traits, genuine care, and concern, accommodating beyond belief, and pinpoint attention to detail.
Andrea was my first nurse and comforted me and my loved ones immediately. She explained in minute detail all the myriad of possibilities I faced, and always had answers or knew where to get them. Shortly after, I was introduced to Molissa by Andrea, as shift change was at hand. Molissa and Andrea could be twins! The same level of knowledge, care, concern, and professionalism exuded from these ladies.
Molissa was there for my first night and answered every question I could think of. As more lab results came in, they would explain what road I was headed toward, based on the outcomes. Their positivity was contagious, and it was tempered with the realism I needed. I was able to face my heart procedure without fear, as these two angels gave me the tools that let me do so. SRMC has a wonderful staff, and I pray they truly appreciate these two gifts that work in Med/Surg 3. I know that I do, as they helped save my life.
