Mollie learned my son would need to be kept awake all night long for a test and that I was going to have to stay awake essentially 36 hours to accomplish this. Without hesitating, Mollie told us that she was off work for the next several days so she would come in at 3:00 a.m. to sit with him for a few hours so that I could rest.

Mollie showed up at 3:00 a.m. with the same smile and cheerful attitude I see in her as a co-worker. She let this exhausted mom sleep for a few hours and she kept a difficult 14 year-old patient awake and smiling. All this on three or four hours of sleep herself.
