I attended with high blood pressure, which I've never had before. I suffer from extreme health anxiety and was very worried, to say the least.

I watched every single member of staff work above and beyond but Mollie stood out with her professionalism and patience. 

I was triaged by Mollie, but I had an anxiety attack and just broke down. 

Mollie sat and consoled me; she was professional but understanding, and she showed dignity and respect and considered my mental health; she comforted me immensely and made me feel better just by her approach.

Her body language was completely genuine, and I could tell she honestly cared. She listened and made me relax. 

I was seated back in the waiting area, and after a while, she could see I was anxious again and asked if I was OK. I wasn't -  I felt awful. She took me into a room and took my observations again, my BP had risen more, and she got the doctors straight away.

I wondered how she knew I was feeling anxious again. It's because she is an amazing nurse. She's professional, but she's also kind, considerate, compassionate, and genuinely one of the nicest nurses I've had the privilege to care for me. 

She clearly goes above and beyond, and I believe she needs recognition for this.
