Molly Blackburn, BSN, RN

Today, my manager, Molly, took an hour out of her very busy day to get a complete dependent patient up out of bed and into the shower. Together, we showered the patient, washed her hair, and took the time to make sure the patient felt clean and relaxed. It's not often you see management on the unit helping out in hospitals, but in the 3 years I have worked at PMC, Molly is always willing to go above and beyond for the patients on the unit.
