Molly has been with my precious baby boy since the beginning. We have been in the advanced NICU since he was born at 1lb 10oz. Baby boy was no saint. He ripped his tubes out, had labs daily, took a ton of exams, and was feisty and had an attitude the entire time. Molly and his primaries stuck by him every step of the way. It was a very tough time for our family, and Molly was always there, going above and beyond for our precious baby boy! She made me feel competent and equipped to love and care for my baby boy as much as I could at that time. Molly was there when I got to hold him for the first time, and there he moved from CPAP to nasal cannula and every step in between! We were so blessed to have her look after, care for, and love our baby boy as much as we do. This hospital, his nurses, and the doctors have been beyond amazing, and we are truly blessed to have been here in this hospital during this journey. Today, three months and five days later, and weighing 6 pounds, we are going home with our healthy baby boy! We will never forget all that everyone has done for my baby boy and the impact that Molly and the whole NICU team have left on my baby boy and our family! You gave us hope in times when it seemed dark.
