My brother was brought to the ICU. Molly went out of her way to make sure everyone understood what she was telling us. Went out of her way to make sure my mom, who is 77, was okay and had all she needed. She took time to listen and get to know my brother. Her attitude was so kind. Always a smile. She is obviously very knowledgeable and efficient at her job. She treated my brother as if he was awake and responsive with so much care and respect this meant so much to my family. Thank you!
