Molly had just begun her shift and I was walking barefoot through the halls, she right away explained the need for no-slip socks or shoes. That told me she cares not just about patients but her ward or department. She made sure I had everything I needed. She is very involved with her patients. I have been to many hospitals for various things in my life, but Molly helped me feel welcomed and comfortable, plus she wouldn't leave me alone about my oxygen that I kept taking off and she knew it!
