On behalf of my father who was too ill to know what was going on. Molly made immediate contact with me and my father. Others had looked away as if afraid I might ask for something. Molly took the time to review my father's medication list with me. She compared my list with what the doctor had ordered and made note of the differences and acted on them. She made sure that my father was comfortable, and was going to feed him, but I took over. She kept me up to date and NEVER said "I don't know". As an RN myself, I noticed her genuine caring.
