January 2022 Honoree
Molly Hebert, BSN, RN
The day after I delivered my son who ended up in the NICU, Molly was my assigned nurse for the day. Even though she is from a different unit (L&D) she was so positive and vibrant. After some bad news, Molly truly showed she cared by her consoling words and actions. In addition, I was having trouble establishing breastfeeding and the lactation specialist was unavailable. Molly took it upon herself to come with me during my next feeding time in the NICU. She helped me become successful and confident after not being able to previously. I felt so much better. I can’t thank her enough! In addition, when I mentioned my back was hurting she found a heating pad for me to use. I never even asked! Her presence made my stay positive and memorable.
Thank you, Molly, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
