Molly was absolutely amazing the entire time that my wife was in the hospital. Due to her disease, it took a while to even be diagnosed, and my wife couldn’t speak or move for herself. Molly constantly checked on me to ask how she was, if I needed anything or if I had any questions. If she could get access to any tests results, she would and would keep me as informed as possible. If the results weren't available, she would call the doctor, and I would get an answer usually within 20 minutes from the doctor or see the doctor. She never rushed me in any decisions or answers I had to give. I knew that she was always around and wasn't brushing me off or anything. She ensured I was kept as up-to-date as she was whenever it was possible.

When the day came that my wife was going to pass, she checked on me and my family several times, asked if we needed anything, even as small as water. When my wife unfortunately passed, she was there as soon as the alarm went off that her heart stopped without us calling for her, and she cried with us, held each of my family members, and talked about how empathetic she was.
