I had an honor to work with Molly for the last 3 years and was able to observe how she cares for her patients with compassion and communicates with her patients, family, and coworkers. I was impressed with how Molly has been consistently advocating for her patient and their families, how she clearly communicates with all team members and follows up with any concerns. Molly is full of ideas and energy. When she pulls a chair at her patient's bedside and holds their hand, she makes them feel they are the only patient she has for the entire day, and I thank God every morning I see her at work because I know she will give her best.
