Molly is a gem. My grandmother was admitted for several days. While we interacted with many amazing nurses and CNAs at UF Health Flagler during her time there, Molly was incredible. She was so caring and attentive, and she also went above and beyond to make sure Arlene felt comfortable after going through so much, including 2 strokes. Molly has a sweet, calming demeanor that helps her patients feel comfortable around her. In the first few minutes of speaking with her, we knew she was genuine with a kind heart. She took so much time with us to ensure we received timely updates. It can be extremely difficult having a loved one in the hospital - especially an elderly family member. Knowing Molly was being cared for made us all so happy, knowing she would be cared for like family. Molly shared with us that she was recently affected by the wildfires in California and cannot return to her home. You would never know she has been through so much, given how bright a light she is when working with her patients. She is positive, walks in with a smile, and has compassion.
