My son has been here for four weeks now and Molly has been our nurse several times. Tonight her nursing skills really showed. My son was inconsolable, and she recognized that right away. We first tried Tylenol for teething, then we tried giving something else, nothing worked. So, Molly got the doctors involved, saying, "I've never seen him like this". We drew labs and found his Calcium dropped, so they gave a bolus. This is one of the great examples Molly has shown empathy, knowledge, assessment and interpersonal communication. I'm thankful Molly is part of my son's care team.
