Recently Molly was helping out in the ER during a busy day and happened to hear about a patient who was going to be admitted and was unhappy with the situation. The patient had a service dog with him and would be unable to care for the dog while he was here. Understandably, he was quite distraught about their separation and the uncertainty of finding alternate accommodations.

Once Molly heard that, there was no hesitation-the service dog would come home with her! Molly cared for the dog in her own home and when the patient was discharged on a Saturday Molly was right there to reunite the patient with his service dog without a second thought. This gave the patient peace of mind to stay and receive the care he needed, all because of the generosity of Molly.

Molly has been seen assisting visitors in the parking lot and lending help in ER when resources are strained. She has given new employees money for lunch on their first day. She is an amazing co-worker with a passion for what we do. Molly exemplifies everything CoxHealth values in our team members!
