Molly came on duty at 7 pm ready for a long night. When she introduced herself, I saw a smiling nurse who was ready to put her energy to work. I observed Molly into the late-night hours since I am a night owl into the early morning hours. Constantly checking on patients, comforting them, taking care of their needs and treating all as if they were family. She has a tremendous amount of compassion in her work and her patients. A highly motivated, skillful, and responsible nurse who has the respect of all patients and family members she came in contact with.
Molly took me for a walk, and we had an excellent conversation. By listening to her talk, it was obvious how much she loves her work and taking care of people. She is an exceptional nurse. Keep up the fantastic work, Molly.
