Molly was nominated by a patient she was caring for during an outpatient procedure. This patient praised Molly for first and foremost, acknowledging this particular procedure’s prep can be difficult, leaving the patient weak and exhausted. Molly validated the patient’s feelings and was very warm and welcoming, making her feel more comfortable and at ease. “Don’t underestimate the value of a warm blanket and being tucked in!
