Molly is a new nurse who is doing an incredible job on a tough unit. Her peers look to her as a resource and her patients are confident in her skills. Molly O'Conner has had an outstanding start to her career at HCMC!
Molly has been a preceptor for many of our new nurses. She is a leader and a resource for the overnight shift on STNU. Molly has been an outstanding contributor to many of the unit initiatives on STN. She has been a contributor to the documentation of Intentional Rounding and she has participated in the TOCC initiative. STN is fortunate to have Molly and we look forward to all that she will accomplish in the future!
