I would like to recognize Molly Price, ARNP for her exceptional contribution to her patients and her team.
Molly does not just demonstrate compassion and commitment for patients and their families, but her colleagues as well. She genuinely loves what she does and it shows through her enthusiasm and dedication to help her patients in a way that always makes them feel good. Molly goes above and beyond to accommodate patients and their families. She is extremely empathetic and supportive, but honest and forthright in giving factual information to them. As an RN, I am assured that patients assigned to her will always receive the best possible care.
Molly consistently seeks improvements in processes and performances by working with fellow providers, discussing problems with peers, and possesses a great attitude towards problem-solving. She expects the best of herself and indirectly influences and brings out the best in those she works with. Molly does whatever it takes to best support her patients and nurses. She has been invaluable in the role of taking on the responsibility to enhance the coordination of patient care and services to enable a smooth transition to discharge.
Molly is diligent, thoughtful, organized, and always maintains an upbeat mood despite a heavy workload and being 'pulled' in different directions at any one time. Her leadership skills, knowledge, expertise, and patient-centered approach has positively impacted her staff, her patients, and their families; enabling her team to deliver excellent patient care.
I am honored to be able to work with and learn from her. Molly deserves all the recognition for being a phenomenal nurse-practitioner, and someone that I and my colleagues look up to as an exemplary nurse with love and dedication for what she does.
