Molly Roberts, RN III

I want to extend a thank you to Molly Roberts, who helped me and my mother before she was transferred to the ICU. She did a phenomenal job of reassuring my mom that she was in good hands and keeping her calm during an episode. It was an extremely scary moment for us, and I couldn’t have asked for a better response from a nurse. She was simply excellent, and I am very thankful she was there during this stressful time.

Molly received important information regarding my medical condition. She pulled up a chair, sat next to my bed, and explained the status of my condition. On several occasions, she provided a thorough and helpful explanation. My stay has been impacted by her work as my nurse. She has maintained a positive and professional attitude. Molly was truly a blessing for me over this entire stay.
