Molly has demonstrated the ability to ferociously advocate for her patients' best interests. One particular example: Molly had a patient who was in a lot of pain and needed to go to surgery. The plan had been to try and wait until the following day. Molly recognized this was not going to work as she was having difficulty managing the patient's pain. She worked very hard and the patient ended up in surgery immediately. The outcome was great for the patient and family.
