Ms. Mubashar is passionate about teaching new nurses the values and mission of Woodhull and the patient care policies and procedures which create a positive environment, enhances the patient experience, and gives quality patient care. She has been the preceptor for many new nurses and continues to serve as a resource person and mentor even after their orientation is completed. She is committed to providing great patient care, communicating effectively with her team and patients, and is caring and compassionate.
