Monica goes above and beyond to make our preemie's stay in the NICU a remarkable one. She shows incredible attention and love in her work. For example, she went out of her way to purchase some hairbows for our daughter to wear - it seems small, but that token of "normalcy" really means a lot. Monica always greets us with a smile, takes time to speak with us and answer questions, and has really gotten to know our child and advocate for her. We are grateful for her remarkable communication and the time and effort she puts into her job!
