Monica treats all patients and staff on St. Damien’s with exceptional compassion. She provides an unrivaled level of care for transplant patients in particular. She manages the psychological aspects of caring for transplant patients with wonderful empathy and care. The work ethic that runs through all the nursing staff in St. Damien’s comes from Monica and is a big part of what makes this ward a wonderful place for patient care.
