Monica was unbelievable in helping me and my family after my recent heart attack in the ER at Memorial Hermann. Not only did she and the ER staff save my life after I collapsed at the ER desk but she went above and beyond. She and the others had to find out my wife's contact info as I was incapacitated. My wife was at our home in Seattle when this occurred and Monica made sure to help communicate everything during the night. On top of everything else Monica drove to the airport to pick up my wife and got her to the hospital. Many thanks to Monica for such caring support.
