Nurse Monica was incredible.
I usually find IV insertions very painful and difficult, but she handled it perfectly on the first try. Her technical skill spared me unnecessary physical distress and put me at ease during a very stressful time.
Dealing with a recent pregnancy loss has been devastating, and I requested a final scan before the procedure for peace of mind. Nurse Monica and everyone I encountered at this hospital treated me with such warmth and compassion. My needs were well accommodated, especially when I requested a repeated ultrasound right on that exact day.
In what could have been a cold, clinical surgical process, I truly felt cared for as a person, not just processed as a patient. This environment of empathy made an incredibly difficult day much easier to bear.
