All of the nurses were amazing, but Monica was exceptional. I had a high-risk pregnancy and the added stress of the knowledge of being a nurse myself. Monica was so friendly yet capable and attentive that she set my mind at ease. She took care of the whole of me, emotionally, physically and spiritually. I will never forget that and don't even have all the words to say how thankful I and my baby daughter are for her exemplary care.
