Monica Lopez, RN

As I walked into my patient's room, I overheard Monica talking to the patient's family and putting them at ease. She said that their family member would be treated with the best care. No unrealistic promises were made, only that she would do everything in her power to deliver the best personal care. As the night progressed, I witnessed Monica making true to her promise of being the best nurse to this patient. When you work with Monica, you see a nurse who does her job not for the money but because she loves what she does. She makes a difference every shift she works.
